高校学生就业渠道选择的影响因素——基于问卷数据的比较分析

摘　　要：为了解影响高校学生就业渠道选择的因素进行问卷调查,借助SPSS 26.0软件对调研数据进行统计分析。信效度分析认为,问卷数据具有较高稳定性与有效性;主成分分析结果识别出教育背景、个人能力、就业评价和周遭环境4个主要因素,即高校学生的教育经历、个人综合能力、对就业环境的认知与准备及以老师为代表的周围环境的影响均会对其选择就业渠道产生重要影响。高校学生应加强个人能力的提升,理清就业规划,加强与周遭环境的互动,从而更加科学地选择适合的就业渠道,以提高就业竞争力,实现个人职业发展目标。In order to understand the influencing factors of the choice of employment channels for college students,the study conducts questionnaire survey,and statistically analyzes the survey data with SPSS 26.0 software.The reliability and validity analysis shows that the questionnaire data has high stability and validity.The results of principal component analysis identify four main factors:educational background,personal ability,employment evaluation and surrounding environment.There are important influence of college students’educational experience,personal comprehensive ability,cognition and preparation of employment environment,and surrounding environment represented by teachers on their choice of employment channels.College students should improve their personal ability,clarify employment planning,and promote interaction with the surrounding environment,so as to choose suitable employment channels more scientifically,improve employment competitiveness,and achieve personal career development goals.
