医文融合下国际化口腔医学人才培养模式构建——以江西×应用型本科医学院校为例

摘  要:随着国际化口腔医疗服务需求的增加,各大高等院校都在探索满足国际化竞争需求的高素质口腔医学专业复合型人才培养模式。据调研,大多数高校口腔医学毕业生虽在医学专业知识与操作技能中表现良好,但其跨文化综合能力仍须提高。因此,在江西×应用型本科医学院校口腔专业开展双语教学,从双语教学支撑体系、双语教学课程体系构建、双语教学实践改革等方面进行了整体性的相关探索与实践,旨在探索培养社会需要的国际化口腔复合型医学人才。The demand for international dental services has increased,and all major colleges and universities are exploring the training mode of high-quality stomatology professional compound talents with the needs of international competition.Although most university stomatology graduates have performed well in medical professional knowledge and operational skills,their cross-cultural comprehensive ability still needs to be improved.Therefore,we carry out bilingual teaching in×University,an applied undergraduate medical college in Jiangxi,and carry out holistic exploration and practice from the aspects of bilingual teaching support system,bilingual teaching curriculum system construction,and bilingual teaching practice reform,aiming to explore and cultivate international dental compound medical talents needed by society.
