摘　　要：随着我国科学技术的蓬勃发展以及教育事业的快速进步,我国的国际影响力与日俱增,来华留学和深造的国际留学生数量急剧增加,但国际留学生教育存在一定的问题。尤其是来自非英语母语国家的留学生,由于其中文、英文均掌握有限,易导致教学效果较差,与培养目标相去甚远等。因此,为了让非英语母语留学生更快地适应专业课程教学,达到更好的教学效果,有必要从培养方案、培养目标、师资配备及教学形式上进行较全面的改革和实践,从标准化准入制度、深化中文(英文)教学、归一化专业课程和加强人文关怀四方面着手进行教学探索。With the vigorous development of science and technology and the rapid progress of education in China,as well as the increasing influence in the world,the number of international students studying in China has also increased dramatically,but there are some problems in the education of international students.In particular,foreign students from non-native English-speaking countries have limited mastery of both Chinese and English,resulting in poor teaching results which are far from the training objectives.Therefore,in order to make non-native English students adapt to the teaching of professional courses more quickly and achieve better teaching results,it is necessary to carry out a more comprehensive reform and practice from the aspects of training program,training objectives,teacher allocation and teaching form.Specifically,it is necessary to standardize the access system,deepen Chinese(English)teaching,normalize professional courses and strengthen humanistic care.
