聚合物对水泥基瓷砖胶粘结强度及耐久性能影响研究

摘  要:本文研究了在自然环境、浸水环境、热老化环境及冻融环境下,使用偏高岭土、硅灰取代瓷砖胶中的水泥及不同聚合物掺量对瓷砖胶粘结强度的影响。结果表明:5%掺量的可再分散乳胶粉可以提升瓷砖胶的粘结强度、耐水性能、热老化性能及抗冻融性能;随着纤维素醚掺量的增加,瓷砖胶粘结强度与热老化性能提升,但耐水性能提升不大,甚至有害于抗冻融性能;随着甲酸钙掺量的增加,瓷砖胶粘结强度与热老化性能提升,但抗冻融性能及耐水性能却在降低。The effects of using metakaolin and silica fume to replace cement in ceramic tile adhesive and different polymer content on the bond strength of ceramic tile adhesive were studied in natural environment,water immersion environment,thermal aging environment and freeze-thaw environment.The results show that the redispersible latex powder with 5%content can improve the bonding strength,water resistance,thermal aging performance and freeze-thaw resistance of ceramic tile adhesive.With the increase of cellulose ether content,the bonding strength and thermal aging performance of ceramic tile adhesive are improved,but the water resistance is not improved much,and even harmful to the freeze-thaw resistance;with the increase of calcium formate content,the bonding strength and thermal aging performance of ceramic tile adhesive are improved,but the freeze-thaw resistance and water resistance are reduced.
