摘　　要：房地产行业下行,建筑瓷砖行业发展也随之放缓乃至萎缩。为提高产品的市场竞争力和占有率,陶瓷企业在生产各个环节寻求降本增效的方法。本文从面釉的白度出发,讲述了瓷质釉面砖中面釉增白的原理和常用原料,并提出提高面釉白度,减少硅酸锆用量,降低生产成本的思路和方法。The Real Estate industry is declining,and the development of the ceramic tile industry is also slowing down or even shrinking.In order to improve the market competitiveness and market shares,Ceramic enterprises are seeking methods to reduce costs and increase efficiency in various way.This paper introduces the raw materials commonly used for increasing the whiteness of surface glaze in porcelain glazed tiles,and the theory was described.The methods to improve the whiteness of surface glaze,reduce the amount of zirconium silicate and the production cost were also pointed out.
