摘 要:广西是甘蔗种植大省,甘蔗尾叶含有丰富的营养,作为饲料可以极大改善牛羊的经济价值。处理甘蔗尾叶常见途径为通过切断粉碎等物理方法,添加酸和碱性物质等化学法,还有利用率最高的微生物处理方法,也就是有微生物介导的青贮发酵,可以极大地提高甘蔗尾叶的营养价值,但是受制于成本和环境,微贮发酵的推广依然有困难。通过添加酶制剂和微生物联合发酵可以提高微生物发酵的效率,降低成本,降低对环境的依赖,是利用甘蔗尾叶的合理途径。Guangxi is a major province for sugarcane cultivation.Sugarcane tail leaves contain rich nutrients,and using them as feed can greatly improve the economic value of cattle and sheep.The common ways to treat sugarcane tail leaves are through physical methods such as cutting and crushing,chemical methods such as adding acid and alkaline substances,and the most efficient microbial treatment method,which is microbial mediated silage fermentation,which can greatly improve the nutritional value of sugarcane tail leaves.However,due to cost and environmental constraints,the promotion of micro storage fermentation still faces difficulties.The addition of enzyme preparations and microbial co fermentation can improve the efficiency of microbial fermentation,reduce costs,and reduce dependence on the environment,which is a reasonable way to utilize sugarcane tail leaves.
