摘　　要：腹水综合征是由多个因素相互作用引起的危害快速生长幼龄肉鸡的一种非传染性疾病,严重制约肉鸡养殖业的发展。肉种鸡出现该病的报道较为罕见,故本研究以某种鸡场发生腹水综合征的37周龄Cobb 500种鸡为研究对象,剖检见肝脏包膜腔积液,肝脏肿大变硬、表面有纤维样渗出物,心脏右心室肥大、扩张,肺严重瘀血、水肿。镜检见肝脏、心脏、肺脏、脾脏、肾脏均出现严重的病理性损伤。在此基础上对其发病原因进行分析,期待为养鸡者在腹水综合征的防控上提供借鉴。Ascites syndrome(AS)is a non communicable disease threatening rapidly growing young broiler chickens caused by multiple factors.AS severely restricts the development of broiler breeding industry.Reports of AS is rare in broiler chickens.This study focused on 37 week old Cobb 500 breeds of chickens that developed AS in a poultry farm.Dissection revealed a large amount of ascites in the abdominal cavity,obvious hypertrophy and dilation of the right ventricle.Liver were enlarged and hardened with yellow fibrous exudated on the surface.Severe blood stasis and edema could be seen in lung.Microscopic examination revealed severe pathological damage to the liver,heart,lungs,spleen,and kidneys.On this basis,an analysis of the causes of its onset was conducted.This provided new ideas for poultry farmers in disease prevention and control.
