摘　　要：该文评估了阿昔洛韦、利巴韦林和更昔洛韦对羊口疮病的治疗效果,发现3种药物均有效,其中阿昔洛韦对急性症状控制效果显著。同时,比较羊口疮弱毒细胞冻干苗和羊传染性脓疱皮炎活疫苗(HCE株)的免疫效果,结果显示后者具有更优越的免疫保护。这些发现为羊口疮病的治疗和预防提供了科学依据。This study evaluated the efficacy of acyclovir,ribavirin and ganciclovir in the treatment of sheep aphthosis,and found that the three drugs were effective,among which acyclovir was effective in the control of acute symptoms.At the same time,the immune effect of lyophilized vaccine and live vaccine of infectious impetigo dermatitis of sheep(HCE strain)was compared.The results showed that the latter had better immune protection.These findings provide scientific basis for the treatment and prevention of aphthous disease of sheep.
