摘 要:新疆作为肉牛主要产地之一,存栏量和产肉量一直名列前茅。夏洛莱肉牛因其生长速度快、肉色鲜红、肉质优良等优点被养殖户和消费者所亲睐。但由于性能和性状退化严重、品种纯度不佳、核心种群规模小,严重制约其品种推广和开发,降低新疆地区夏洛莱肉牛育种改良发展速度和经济效益。该文总结分析了新疆夏洛莱肉牛育种改良的现状、探讨了存在的问题,并预测未来发展方向,为推动该地区肉牛育种的遗传改良提供理论参考并促进育种改良的速度。As one of the major producers of beef cattle,Xinjiang has always been among the best in stock and meat production.Charolai beef cattle are favored by farmers and consumers because of their fast growth rate,bright red meat color and excellent meat quality.However,due to the serious degradation of performance and traits,poor breed purity and small core population size,the breed promotion and development were seriously restricted,and the development speed and economic benefits of breeding and improvement of Charolais beef cattle in Xinjiang were reduced.This paper summarized and analyzed the current situation,discussed the existing problems and predicted the future development direction of beef cattle breeding improvement in Xinjiang,so as to provide theoretical reference for promoting the genetic improvement of beef cattle breeding in this area and promote the speed of breeding improvement.
