摘　　要：cDNA文库是一个包含特定组织或细胞类型全套基因表达信息的克隆集合,是进行基因表达分析和功能研究的重要工具。构建高质量的cDNA文库对于捕获全面的转录信息至关重要,这涉及样本的选择、处理、cDNA的合成和文库的构建等一系列步骤的优化。该文介绍了cDNA文库的概念、构建技术及其在兽医学中的应用,并对技术进展和未来的研究方向进行了展望。The cDNA library was a collection of clones containing a complete set of gene expression information for specific tissues or cell types,and was an important tool for gene expression analysis and functional research.Building a high-quality cDNA library was crucial for capturing comprehensive transcriptional information,which involves optimizing a series of steps such as sample selection,processing,cDNA synthesis,and library construction.This article introduces the concept,construction techniques,and applications of cDNA libraries in veterinary medicine,and looks forward to the technological progress and future research directions.
