摘　　要：为了解决手动摇蜜机依赖人力、转速不均匀以及电动摇蜜机自动化程度低等问题,对市面上常见的摇蜜机机械结构进行了升级,开发了一种基于西门子PLC与威纶触摸屏的自动摇蜜装置。在机械结构方面,该装置分为上中下3层,上层为摇蜜层,中层为过滤层,下层为存蜜层。硬件电路采用西门子S7-200 SMART PLC作为主中央处理器,并采用威纶通MT8102iP触摸屏实现人机交互。PLC软件程序主要分为手动控制模块与自动控制模块2个部分,触摸屏界面主要包含了控制界面和配方录入界面。手动模式下,可根据设置的时间、速度等参数进行摇蜜;自动模式下,可根据录入的配方信息进行摇蜜。通过对样机进行实验,结果表明,该装置使用便捷,人机界面简化了操作,能够提高蜂蜜的质量和生产效率,对改进蜂蜜生产过程和提高产品质量具有重要意义。In order to solve the problems of manual honey separation device relying on human labor,uneven speed,and low automation level of electric honey machines,this paper upgrades the mechanical structure of common honey separation device on the market and develops an automatic honey separation device based on Siemens PLC and Weinview touch screen.In terms of mechanical structure,the device is divided into three layers:The upper layer is the shaking layer,the middle layer is the filtering layer,and the lower layer is the honey storage layer.The hardware circuit adopts Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC as the main central processing unit,and uses Weinview MT8102iP touch screen to achieve human-computer interaction.The PLC software program is mainly divided into two parts:Manual control module and automatic control module.The touch screen interface mainly includes the control interface and the formula input interface.In manual mode,honey can be shaken according to the set parameters such as time and speed.In automatic mode,honey can be shaken based on the entered recipe information.Through experiments on the prototype,the results show that this device is convenient to use,the human-machine interface simplifies operation,and can improve the quality and production efficiency of honey.It is of great significance for improving the honey production process and enhancing product quality.
