摘 要:为实现“双碳”目标,建设新型电力系统,保障跨省跨区清洁能源电力送出,减轻用能大省可再生能源电力消纳权重考核压力,统筹考虑送端新能源出力特性、通道顶峰能力和经济性等因素,提出一种基于日区间送电曲线方式的全清洁跨省区外送通道送端电源配置方案。以某清洁能源大省相关数据为例,分别利用传统和本文方法对电源进行配置,经生产运行模拟后,从技术、经济2个方面进行对比分析,得出所提电源配置方案的技术指标、经济指标均更优,适用于清洁能源跨区域外送电源配置。In order to achieve the goal of"double carbon",build a new power system,ensure the transmission of clean energy across provinces and regions,reduce the pressure on the weight assessment of renewable energy power consumption in large energy-consuming provinces,and consider the characteristics of new energy output at the sending end,the peak capacity and economy of the channel,and other factors,and propose a power configuration scheme for the transmission end of the all-clean inter-provincial transmission channel based on the daily transmission curve.Taking the relevant data of a large clean energy province as an example,the power supply configuration of the traditional and the method in this paper is carried out respectively,and after the production and operation simulation,the technical and economic indicators of the power supply configuration scheme in this paper are compared and analyzed from the technical and economic aspects,and it is concluded that the technical and economic indicators of the power supply configuration scheme in this paper are better,which is suitable for the cross-regional power supply configuration of clean energy.
