摘  要:条码技术在新能源锂电池生产物流线中扮演着至关重要的角色,它极大地推动了生产线的自动化与智能化进程。探讨了条码扫描枪在锂电池自动化物流线中的应用及其所面临的挑战,还提出了一系列经过实践验证的解决方案。这些方案包括优化扫描角度与距离、提供适宜的光照条件、避免高亮度表面、增加阻挡器、设置扫描延时等措施。结果显示,通过综合应用这些策略,条码扫描枪的识别成功率得到了显著提升,极大地提高了生产效率和准确性。这不仅为新能源锂电池的生产带来了更高的效益,同时也为相关行业的自动化物流线提供了有益的参考和借鉴。Barcode technology plays a crucial role in the logistics line of new energy lithium battery production,greatly promoting the automation and intelligence process of the production line.Explored the application of barcode scanners in lithium battery automated logistics lines and the challenges they face,and proposed a series of solutions that have been verified through practice.These solutions include optimizing scanning angles and distances,providing suitable lighting conditions,avoiding high brightness surfaces,adding blockers,setting scanning delays,and other measures.The results show that by comprehensively applying these strategies,the recognition success rate of barcode scanners has been significantly improved,greatly improving production efficiency and accuracy.This not only brings higher benefits to the production of new energy lithium batteries,but also provides useful reference and inspiration for the automation logistics lines of related industries.
