摘  要:铸件T型管接头工艺对各接头法兰端表面和内孔表面粗糙度有质量要求,同时对连接孔有位置精度要求,为此,考虑到企业实际情况,采用三轴数控铣床对工件进行切削与钻孔加工。由于T型管接头形状不规则,普通夹具装夹不能较好约束其自由度,为保证加工精度,需改造T型管接头的夹具。改良后的夹具可实现工件的有效装夹,满足表面质量和位置精度的加工要求,并且可用于批量生产,提高生产效率。The T-joint process of the casting has quality requirements for the roughness of the flange end surface and inner hole surface of each joint,as well as the positional accuracy of the connecting hole.Therefore,considering the actual situation of the enterprise,a three-axis CNC milling machine is used to cut and drill the workpiece.Due to the irregular shape of T-sjoints,ordinary fixtures cannot effectively constrain their degrees of freedom.To ensure machining accuracy,it is necessary to modify the fixtures for T-joint joints.The improved fixture can effectively clamp the workpiece,meet the processing requirements of surface quality and positional accuracy,and can be used for mass production,improving production efficiency.
