摘 要:为探讨水电厂MIPREGDGC600C调速器系统的优化方向,结合系统的技术特点,基于前沿计量模型提取水电厂调速器运行指标,并以相关调速数据为研究对象进行实验分析,最终获得初始数据。然后,深入分析水电厂调速器系统技术改进的相关性分析,进一步判断系统数据对水电厂调速器系统的影响程度。结果表明,经过对调速器系统的技术改进,无负载运转速度的偏离值维持在±0.5%~1%区间内,水电厂平均每年减少用电约136万kWh,等效调速系数达65.51%,年均可减少耗电量约126 000 kWh,节能、降温效果显著。In order to explore the optimization direction of the MIPREGGC600C governor system in hydropower plants,this paper combines the technical characteristics of the system,extracts the operating indicators of the hydropower plant governor based on cutting-edge econometric models,and conducts experimental analysis on relevant speed control data,ultimately obtaining initial data.Then,conduct a thorough analysis of the correlation between technological improvements in the governor system of hydropower plants,and further determine the degree of impact of system data on the governor system of hydropower plants.The results show that through technological improvements to the speed control system,the deviation value of no-load operation speed is maintained within the range of±0.5%~1%.The average annual reduction in electricity consumption of hydropower plants is about 1.36 million kWh,with an equivalent speed regulation coefficient of 65.51%.The average annual energy consumption can be reduced by about 126000 kWh,and the energy-saving and cooling effects are significant.
