摘  要:坝址选择是水利水电工程建设的重要关键问题,文章拟建的某抽水蓄能电站为一等大(1)型工程,根据上水库工程区地形地质条件,考虑生态红线和重点淹没对象的影响,拟定了上、下两个坝址。从地形地质、水文泥沙、工程布置、施工条件及工期、挖填平衡、建设征地、环境保护和水土保持、可比投资等多个维度进行了技术经济综合比较分析,选定下坝址作为推荐方案。The dam site selection is an important key issue in the construction of water resources and hydropower engineering,and the proposed pumped storage power station is a first-class(1) project.According to the topographic and geological conditions of the upper reservoir,the upper and lower dam sites are proposed based on considering the influence of the ecological red line and key submerged objects.From the dimensions of topography and geology,hydrology and sediment,engineering layout,construction conditions and period,earthwork balance,land requisition for construction,environmental protection,conservation of water and soil,comparable investment,etc.,a comprehensive technical and economic comparative analysis is carried out in this paper,and the lower dam site is selected as the recommended scheme.
