摘 要:在我国快速城市化的背景下,多层住宅已成为主流居住形态。前院空间,作为住宅与外界环境的过渡地带,具有促进邻里交流、安全隐私保护等多重功能。然而,当前多层住宅中缺乏前院空间的功能。在多层建筑也应尝试加入前院空间的设计,针对不同类型住宅应采取相应的前院设计策略,相关法律法规应给予前院空间面积计算上的优惠,以鼓励合法、合理地开发和利用多层住宅中的前院空间,进一步提升多层住宅的整体生活品质和社区环境。Due to rapid urbanization,the majority of the Chinese urban residents are currently living in multi-story residential buildings.As a transitional area between residences and the outside environment,the front yard space has multiple functions such as promoting neighborhood communication and protecting safety and privacy.However,the current multi-story residential buildings lack the function of the front yard space.Multi-story buildings should also try to add the design of the front yard spaces.Different types of residential buildings should adopt corresponding front yard design strategies.Relevant laws and regulations should give preferential treatment in the calculation of the front yard space area to encourage the legal and reasonable development and utilization of the front yard space in multi-story residential buildings,and further improve the overall quality of life and community environment of multi-story residential buildings.
