摘　　要：住宅是人居环境的物质空间载体,伴随社会需求和科技发展,其未来发展的重要趋势必将是服务于人类主体各项活动的智能终端系统载体,可见其具有“空间”与“系统”双重属性。文章面向数字化建造背景,针对智慧住宅内“空间-系统”进行深入解析,探讨其内涵、要素和意义,从整体、组织、模块和运行四个层级,深入探讨智慧住宅室内“空间-系统”的建构方法。Housing is not only the material space carrier of the living environment,but also an important trend in its future development with social needs and technological development.It will undoubtedly be an intelligent terminal system carrier that serves various activities of human subjects,indicating its dual attributes of"space"and"system".This paper focuses on the background of digital construction and conducts an in-depth analysis of the"space—system"in smart homes,exploring its connotation,elements,and significance.From the four levels of"overall,organizational,modular,and operational",it delves into the construction methods of the"space system"in smart homes.
