山水园林的高层现代化演绎——以2023年CTBUH学生高层建筑设计竞赛获奖方案“乌有园”为例

摘　　要：随着人口的增长和城市化的推进,城市密度与建筑高度不断上涨,给城市居民的生活带来了巨大的影响。自然空间的缺乏、日常生活被割裂、身体感知被忽视、精神需求无法满足,这一系列问题尤其影响了高层建筑中城市居民的生活体验,使其达不到该有的水平。文章基于立体绿化的理念,结合传统山水画、山水园林的内核,提出高层建筑的设计策略,为未来相关设计提供参考。With the growth of population and the advancement of urbanization,urban density and building height continue to rise,which has had a huge impact on the lives of urban residents.The lack of natural space,the fragmentation of daily life,the neglect of physical perception,and the inability to meet spiritual needs have particularly affected the living experience of urban residents in high-rise buildings,preventing them from reaching the level they should have.This paper is based on the concept of three-dimensional greening and combines the core of traditional landscape painting and landscape gardens to propose design strategies for high-rise buildings,providing reference for future related designs.
