智慧城市视角下历史文化街区的保护与城市设计策略——以浙江省绍兴市为例

摘　　要：文章探讨了智慧城市视角下历史文化街区的保护与城市设计策略,并以绍兴市为例,分析了其保护现状和面临的挑战,并提出了改进建议。研究发现,历史文化街区的保护需结合智慧城市技术,如物联网、大数据、人工智能等,以提高保护效率和促进可持续发展。文章强调了多方利益相关者的参与和合作,以及政策与法规的支持。通过数字化记录、智能化管理、社区参与和教育,绍兴市的历史文化街区可在智慧城市背景下实现有效保护与活化利用。This paper explores the protection and urban design strategies of historical and cultural blocks from the perspective of smart cities,taking Shaoxing City as an example to analyze its current protection status and challenges,and proposes suggestions for improvement.The study points out that the protection of historical and cultural blocks needs to be combined with smart city technologies,such as the Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.,to improve protection efficiency and promote sustainable development.This paper emphasizes the participation and cooperation of multiple stakeholders,as well as the support of policies and regulations.Through digital recording,intelligent management,community participation,and education,Shaoxing City's historical and cultural blocks can achieve effective protection and revitalization under the background of smart cities.
