老旧厂房改造式文创园区运营发展研究——以大运河1986文创园为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着盘活工业遗存的政策不断落实推进,作为城市更新发展载体的老旧厂房兼具着传承城市文脉与文化业态的历史使命。因此,研究如何对老旧厂房改造式文创园区进行有效运营发展变得至关重要。文章以大运河1986文创园为例,梳理其作为老旧厂房改造式文创园区的改建背景、现状概况、发展优势以及存在的问题,从而展示其运营发展情况,继而针对老旧厂房改造式文创园区的运营发展提出有效建议与相关启示。In recent years,with the continuous implementation and promotion of policy which is revitalizing industrial relics,old factories,as carriers of urban renewal and development,have a historical mission of inheriting urban context and cultural formats.Therefore,it is crucial to study how to effectively operate and develop old plant renovation style cultural and creative parks.The paper takes the 1986 Grand Canal Cultural and Creative Park as an example to sort out its renovation background,current situation,development advantages,and existing problems as an old factory renovation style cultural and creative park,in order to demonstrate its operational development situation.Then,providing the effective suggestions and relevant inspirations for the operation and development of the old plant renovation style cultural and creative park.
