摘　　要：历史建筑价值评价是历史建筑保护工作的起点,针对居住类历史建筑价值尚无量化分析方法的问题,提出基于模糊数学的居住类历史建筑价值评价方法。通过专家问卷,获得评价指标框架体系中各指标的重要性得分,以此作为确定Saaty标度的基础,避免对多指标进行两两对比的情况,减小专家评价的工作量,利于保证评价质量。并利用层次分析法计算得到指标框架中各指标对于上层指标的影响权重,提出基于模糊综合评价法的各项指标评价得分计算公式,推导出居住类历史建筑价值评价模型。The value evaluation of historical buildings is the starting point of historical building protection work.In response to the lack of quantitative analysis methods for the value of residential historical buildings,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on residential historical building value evaluation is proposed.Through expert questionnaires,the importance scores of each indicator were obtained as the basis for determining the Saaty scale,avoiding the situation of pairwise comparison of multiple indicators.The impact weights of each indicator in the indicator framework on the upper level indicators were calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the score calculation formula of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to derive a value evaluation model for residential historical buildings.
