摘　　要：Pan-brachial plexus injuries present a challenging clinical problem,resulting in severe impairment of motor and sensory function in the upper extremity.Although current literature has outlined several promising methodologies for treatment,a consensus has yet to be reached.In this review,we present three general approaches for reconstructing the upper extremity in these complex cases.
