摘　　要：近年来,大学生面临着严峻的就业形势。在此背景下,构建一个基于数据库分析的精准化就业指导体系,将有利于提高大学毕业生的就业质量和竞争力。在分析高校大学毕业生就业现状的基础上,根据精准化就业指导体系的定义,提出建立学生信息大数据库、丰富就业指导人员配置、推动就业课程系统完善等构建精准化就业指导体系策略。In recent years,college students have faced a severe employment situation.In this context,building a precise employment guidance system based on database analysis will be beneficial for improving the employment quality and competitiveness of college graduates.Based on the analysis of the current employment situation of college graduates,according to the definition of a precise employment guidance system,strategies are proposed to establish a large database of student information,enrich the allocation of employment guidance personnel,and promote the improvement of the employment curriculum system to construct a precise employment guidance system.
