高校基层党组织政治理论学习实效性提升研究

摘　　要：建设和建强学习型党组织,政治理论学习必须得到高度重视,并将其放在首要位置。虽然高校基层党组织一直非常注重教工党员的理论学习,但仍需要充分考虑教工党员政治理论学习中存在的问题和面临的困难。为此,从分析增强高校党组织政治理论学习实效性的必要性入手,探究实现高校基层党组织政治理论学习实效性的科学路径,更好促进高校基层党组织科学健康发展。To build and strengthen a learning oriented Party organization,political theory learning must be highly valued and given top priority.Although grassroots Party organizations in universities have always attached great importance to the theoretical learning of faculty members,it is still necessary to fully consider the problems and difficulties faced by faculty members in political theory learning and work learning during the learning process.Therefore,starting from analyzing the main factors that affect the effectiveness of political theory learning in university Party organizations,this paper explores a scientific path to achieve the effectiveness of political theory learning in grassroots Party organizations in universities,and better promotes the scientific and healthy development of grassroots party organizations in universities.
