摘 要:国防科技产业联盟是助力跨军地多元异质性群体创新资源在军地二元结构间流动的重要组织模式。根据Kauffman的适应度景观理论,构建国防科技产业联盟创新资源共享路径研究框架,将创新资源共享视为生物演化交互系统,分析推进创新资源共享诸多因素之间的作用关系。首先,以文献知识图谱和核心文献为依据筛选国防科技产业联盟创新资源共享影响因素。其次,借助决策实验室分析方法,阐述基于适应度景观的国防科技产业联盟创新资源共享路径建模过程。最后,以H省国防科技产业联盟为案例,通过Python计算实验仿真生成创新资源共享行为的适应度景观攀爬图,探究国防科技产业联盟创新资源共享提升路径的适用性和有效性。此外,由于不同区域环境和案例主体资源禀赋与创新特征存在差异,可依据该研究框架对差异化国防科技产业联盟进行再辨识,进而探索符合自身特征的改进路径。Nowadays,a new round of global scientific and technological revolution as well as industrial transformation is in the ascendancy,and the innovation paradigm has been accelerating the evolution to shared innovation.It is well acknowledged that the pursuit of innovation-driven development and the creation of new development advantages should integrate and optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources.Similarly,it should also promote optimal allocation and resource sharing among scientific research institutions,universities,and enterprises.The alliance of national defense science and technology industry is an important organizational model that facilitates the flow of innovative resources between multiple heterogeneous groups across the military and civilian sectors.Multiple heterogeneous groups in the alliance of national defense science and technology industry transfer,complement and absorb innovation resources.This paper expounds how the change of relevant factors promotes the adaptive adjustment of innovative resource supply and reveals the transmission mechanism of resource interaction changes caused by factor adjustment,which is of significant theoretical value to further active alliance innovation activities and break the bottleneck of deep sharing of military and civilian resources.Following Kauffman's fitness landscape theory,this paper constructs a research framework for the innovation resource sharing path of the alliance of national defense science and technology industries and analyzes the interaction and effects of various factors promoting innovation resource sharing via viewing their innovation resource sharing as an interactive system of biological evolution.The adaptive landscape climbing path of innovative resource sharing behavior is generated subsequently by simulation analysis.First of all,the innovation resource sharing factors of the national defense science and technology industry alliance are analyzed.There are 437 references retrieved from CNKI,with 415 keyword nodes ob
