摘  要:基于文献计量学方法对国内近20年中药材非药用部分的文献进行挖掘。自2000年以来,该领域经历了初始发展、快速增长及稳定增长阶段,累积发文量目前以拟合度极高的线性速度增加,回归方程为:Y=13.488X+18.475(r^(2)=0.9930)。研究内容主要集中在化学物质基础和药理活性方面;化学物质基础为主导方向,包括结构鉴定、成分检测、分离提取等;黄酮、挥发油、多糖等为核心关注成分;抗氧化、抑菌及抗炎是药理活性的主要研究方向。当前研究的热点与前沿为化学成分的鉴定分离及多糖。Based on the method of bibliometrics,this paper excavated information from the published literature of non-medicinal parts in China over the past 20 years.Since 2000,the research on non-medicinal part of Chinese herbal medicines has gone through 3 stages,including initial development,rapid growth and stable growth stages.Presently,it is in the stage of stable growth.The cumulative number of publications increased at a highly fitting linear rate Y=13.488X+18.475(r^(2)=0.9930).At present,the research of non-medicinal resources mainly focuses on two directions:exploration on chemical substance basis and pharmacological activity,among which chemical substance basis is the dominant direction,including structural identification,component detection,separation and extraction,etc.Flavonoids,volatile oil,polysaccharides are the core components.Antioxidant,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities are the main research directions of pharmacological activities.The research focus is now still on the identification and separation of chemical components and polysaccharides.
