摘  要:绝缘系统对超导线圈起绝缘、固定和支撑的作用,极低温度、大电流、高磁场等极端条件使得超导线圈承受较大的应力及应变,这对线圈绝缘力学性能提出了更高的要求。以超导线圈中的绝缘系统为研究对象,开展含有不同尺度缺陷的绝缘复合材料低温下力学性能测试试验。结果表明,直径小于3 mm的空隙或夹渣等缺陷对绝缘复合材料的机械性能并未产生太大影响,这对于评定超导线圈中绝缘系统质量具有一定参考价值。The insulation system plays a role in insulating,fixing and supporting the superconducting coil.Extreme environmental conditions such as extremely low temperature,large current and high magnetic field makes the superconducting coil withstand greater stress and strain,which puts forward higher requirements for the mechanical properties of insulation system.Taking the insulation system in superconducting coil as the research object,the mechanical properties of insulating composites with defects of different scales at low temperature were tested.The results show that the defects such as voids or slag inclusions with a diameter of less than 3 mm have little effect on the mechanical properties of the insulating composites,which has reference value for evaluating the quality of insulation system in superconducting coils.
