摘 要:当前,开放科学运动蓬勃发展,已成为全球科技发展的重要趋势。世界各国将开放科学作为应对科研范式变革的主要抓手,全球知名企业通过开放科学寻求创新突破。数字经济作为一种以数据资源为关键要素、以数字科技为支撑的经济形态,与开放科学在发展过程中互融互促。立足全球开放科学运动背景,分析开放科学与数字经济的互动关系及其路径,借鉴国内外开放科学与数字经济互融互促的做法,从融合战略制定、数据驱动策略实施、互动路径探索、开源创新引领等方面出发,提出以开放科学推动北京数字经济高质量发展的对策建议。Open science movement is booming and has become an important trend in global scientific and technological development.Countries around the world take open science as the main lever to respond to the transformation of scientific research paradigm,and globally renowned enterprises seek innovative breakthroughs through open science.Digital economy,as an economic form with data resources as the key element and digital technology as the support,has intricate connections with open science,promoting and integrating with each other in the process of development.Based on the background of global open science movement,this paper analyzes the interactive relationship between open science and digital economy and relevant path.Drawing on the practice of mutual integration and promotion between open science and digital economy at home and abroad,some suggestions on promoting the high-quality development of digital economy in Beijing through open science are put forward from the aspects of formulating integration strategies,implementing data-driven strategies,exploring interactive paths,and leading open source innovation.
