摘 要:中国海绵城市建设历经10年探索、发展,已取得阶段性成效,珠海、龙岩、昆山等一批海绵城市试点、示范城市在区域雨洪管理、生态环境保护修复和城市低影响开发方面积累了宝贵经验。但在具体工程实践中,海绵城市建设工程普遍受限于粗放化的设计、施工及运营养护,导致海绵设施功能大打折扣或寿命远低于预期。基于对海绵城市建设实效案例的梳理,剖析其中存在的普遍性问题,以期为海绵城市精细化、高效化和可持续性发展提供借鉴。After ten years of exploration and development,China’s sponge city construction has achieved phased results.Zhuhai,Longyan,Kunshan and other pilot and demonstration cities of sponge cities have accumulated valuable experience in regional rainwater and flood management,original ecological environment protection and restoration,and urban low-impact development.However,i n the specific engineering practice,sponge city construction projects are generally limited by extensive design,construction,operation and maintenance,which leads to a significant discount in the functions of sponge facilities or a much lower life expectancy of sponge facilities.Based on the case study of the effectiveness of sponge city construction,this paper analyzes the common problems in sponge project construction,and provides guidance suggestions for the refinement,high-efficiency and sustainability of sponge city construction.
