基于仿真分析高海拔机械联动断路器相间传动的设计探讨

摘  要:随着供电可靠性要求越来越高,机械联动断路器可避免缺相运行带来的严重后果,因此在国内外得到了广泛的应用。相间传动连杆是避免缺相的关键部件,为了保证电网安全稳定运行,需要对机械联动断路器相间连杆进行详细设计分析,确保其可靠性。以高海拔应用环境为例,利用仿真分析的方法,对加长后的相间传动连杆的机械强度、压杆稳定性、疲劳寿命、振动特性的设计过程进行了详细的阐述,机械寿命和机械特性经试验验证完全满足要求。With the increasing demand for power supply reliability,mechanical linked circuit breakers can avoid the serious consequences of phase loss operation.Therefore,it has been widely used both domestically and internationally,and the interphase transmission connecting rod is a key component to avoid phase loss.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the power grid,it is necessary to conduct a detailed design and analysis of the interphase linkage in mechanical linkage circuit breaker to ensure its reliability.Taking the high-altitude application environment as an example,the design process for the mechanical strength,compression rod stability,fatigue life,and vibration characteristics of the increased interphase transmission connecting rod was elaborated in detail using simulation analysis methods.Mechanical life and mechanical characteristic tests verified that it fully meets the requirements.
