产权交易机构在科技成果转化过程中的功能作用浅析

摘　　要：促进科技成果转移转化是坚持创新引领发展战略的重要任务,也是加强科研机构与市场化主体紧密结合的关键环节,对推进我国经济结构调整、打造经济发展新动能具有十分重要的意义。通过分析产权交易机构的功能作用,以及科技成果利用产权市场进行公开交易的基本条件和必要性,提出了推动科技成果在产权市场进行公开交易的发展建议,为科技成果转化的实务操作提供了方法路径。Promoting the transfer of technological achievement is an important task in adhering to the innovation-led development strategy,and it is a key link in strengthening the integration between research institutions and market-oriented entities.It is of great significance for promoting China’s economic restructuring and creating new driving forces for economic development.By analyzing the function of equity exchange,as well as the basic prerequisites and necessity of using the equity market for public trading of technological achievements,it proposes suggestions to promote the public trading of technological achievements in equity market,which provide methods for the practical affairs of technological achievements transfermation.
