摘  要:针对传统二维数字图像相关法易受离面位移影响,难以用于测量扭矩这一现状,文中在现有二维数字图像相关法的基础上,提出基于曲面展开和位移量预测的轴体扭矩测量方法。采用曲面展开法将二维轴体图像与轴体物理结构进行结合,获取轴体三维曲面信息,有效补偿了轴体扭转位移计算结果,并利用位移量预测法减少了参考子区与变形子区相对位移的计算量。进行了曲面展开法补偿扭转位移前后的对比实验,传统数字图像相关法与位移量预测法的对比实验和不同直径轴体扭矩测量实验。实验结果表明:加入曲面展开法后,扭矩测量结果的绝对误差最高减小了0.21 N·m;位移量预测法相对传统方法计算结果相近,但计算速度最高提升了31.6%;不同直径轴体扭矩测量结果的相对误差在±4.35%以内,具有较好的稳定性和准确性。In view of the fact that the traditional 2D-DIC(2D digital image correlation)method is susceptible to off-plane displacement and difficult to measure the torque,a shaft torque measurement method based on surface expansion and displacement prediction on the basis of the existing 2D-DIC method is proposed.The surface expansion method is used to combine the 2D shaft image with the physical structure of the shaft,so as to obtain the 3D surface information of the shaft,which effectively compensates the calculation results of the torsional displacement of the shaft.The displacement prediction method is used to simplify the relative displacement calculation between the reference sub-region and the deformation sub-region.The comparative experiments before and after compensation of torsional displacement by surface expansion method,the comparative experiments between the traditional DIC method and displacement prediction method,and the torque measurement experiments of shafts with different diameters are carried out.The experimental results show that after introducing the surface expansion method,the absolute error of the torque measurement is reduced.The maximum reduction is 0.21 N·m;the displacement prediction method has similar calculation results to the traditional method,and its calculation speed is increased by up to 31.6%;the relative error of the torque measurement results of shafts with different diameters is within±4.35%.To sum up,the proposed method has satisfied stability and accuracy.
