摘  要:三相分离器设计时应考虑管道内段塞流变化对设备的冲击,并且能够适应油气田的全周期开发过程。采用OLGA软件建立了某油田起伏管道油气水多相流瞬态模型,针对段塞流的影响计算了该油田三相分离器的尺寸,模拟分析了三相分离器对流动参数变化的适应程度。结果表明,根据管道出口位置压力、持液率、段塞长度变化计算得到液塞长度平均衰减率为2.67 m/s,停留时间选取4min,安全系数选取1.5,三相分离器最终设计尺寸为2400 mm×7200 mm,公称容积为36 m^(3),数量为2台。三相分离器能够适应的最大气油比为40 m^(3)/m^(3),最大液体输送流量为700 m^(3)/d,压力的变化对三相分离器运行几乎无影响。The impact of slug flow change on equipment should be considered in the design of three-phase separator,and it can adapt to the whole cycle development process of oil-gas field.A transient model of multiphase flow of oil-gas-water is established by using OLGA software.Considering the influence of slug flow,the size of three-phase separator is calculated and the adaptability of threephase separator to the change of flow parameters is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the average attenuation rate of the liquid plug length is 2.67 m/s,the residence time is 4 min,and the safety factor is 1.5.The final design size of the three-phase separator is 2400 mm×7200 mm,the nominal volume is 36 m^(3),and the number is 2.The maximum atmospheric oil ratio of the three-phase separator can be adapted to is 40 m^(3)/m^(3),and the maximum liquid conveying flow rate is 700 m^(3)/d.The change of pressure has almost no influence on the operation of the three-phase separator.
