硫辛酸联合坎地沙坦酯治疗糖尿病肾病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察硫辛酸联合坎地沙坦酯治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的效果。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年4月该院收治的70例DN患者进行前瞻性研究,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各35例。对照组采用坎地沙坦酯治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合硫辛酸治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)]、肾功能指标[尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素C(CysC)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FPG、HbA1c、2hPG水平均低于治疗前,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组血清SOD、T-AOC水平均高于对照组,血清MDA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清CysC、BUN、UAER水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硫辛酸联合坎地沙坦酯治疗DN患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善氧化应激指标水平,降低肾功能指标水平,效果优于单纯坎地沙坦酯治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Lipoic acid combined with Candesartan cilexetil in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with DN admitted to this hospital from February 2022 to April 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Candesartan cilexetil,while the study group was treated with Lipoic acid on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],the oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)],and the renal function indexes[urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(CysC)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,but there were no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum SOD and T-AOC in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the level of serum MDA was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum CysC,BUN and UAER in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Lipoic acid combined with Candesartan cilexetil in the treatment of the DN patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve
