逍遥丸治疗月经失调有效性和安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价逍遥丸治疗月经失调的效果和安全性。方法在中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊服务平台(VIP)、PubMed和Cochrane Library数据库中检索逍遥丸治疗月经失调的相关研究,时间跨度为自数据库建立至2023年3月14日。进行筛选、资料提取和偏倚风险评估后,使用RevMan 5.3和Stata 11.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入18篇随机对照试验文献。Meta分析结果提示,试验组(单独使用逍遥丸治疗或在对照组的基础上联合使用逍遥丸治疗)的有效率高于对照组[RR(95%CI):1.23(1.18,1.29),P<0.05];相比于对照组,逍遥丸治疗提升了试验组的月经来潮次数[RR(95%CI):2.10(1.34,3.29),P<0.05]和经量[RR(95%CI):1.64(1.14,2.35),P<0.05]的正常率,同时降低了促黄体生成素[SMD(95%CI):-2.18(-3.66,-0.71),P<0.05]、促卵泡激素水平[SMD(95%CI):-3.52(-5.44,-1.61),P<0.05]以及不良反应发生率[RR(95%CI):0.39(0.22,0.72),P<0.05]。结论逍遥丸治疗月经失调总体疗效较好,可调节来潮次数、月经经量、促性腺激素水平,且安全性佳。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Xiaoyao pill in the treatment of menstrual disorders.Methods The article searched three Chinese databases(CNKI,WANFANG DATA and VIP)and two English databases(PubMed and Cochrane Library)to collect the relevant literature on Xiaoyao pill in the treatment of menstrual disorders before March 14,2023.Two researchers independently screened literature,extracted data,and assessed the risk of bias.RevMan 5.3 and Stata 11.0 software were used to analyze the data.Results And a total of 18 articles were included for Meta-analysis.The results suggested that the effective rate of Xiaoyao pill in the treatment of menstrual disorder in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group[RR(95%CI):1.23(1.18,1.29),P<0.05],and there was a good effect during the treatment and follow-up period.In addition,Xiaoyao pill could also regulate the levels of Luteinizing Hormone[SMD(95%CI):-2.18(-3.66,-0.71),P<0.05]and Follicle-stimulating Hormone[SMD(95%CI):-3.52(-5.44,-1.61),P<0.05],and the results were statistically significant.Conclusions In summary,Xiaoyao Pill has a good effect on the treatment of irregular menstruation and also can reduce the level of Luteinizing Hormone(LH)and Follicle-stimulating Hormone(FSH)in the body and the mechanism may be related to the regulation and improvement of the adenopituitary-ovarian axis.
