摘　　要：易玮教授认为月经过少总不离肝、脾、肾三脏,肝郁脾虚及肾虚血瘀是该病症常见病机;在治疗上,要顺应月经周期,结合易医理论,坚持“一针二灸三中药”治疗原则,针刺方面将脐针与体针相结合,灸法方面重视辨证分期,灵活选用直接灸或隔物灸;遣方用药方面提倡以经前理气为先、经期活血调经为要、经后补血为主。Professor YI WEI believes that hypomenorrhea is always related to the liver,spleen,and kidney.Liver constraint and spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency with blood stasis are common pathogenesis of this disease.In treatment,it is necessary to comply with the menstrual cycle,combine with Yi medicine theory,and adhere to the treatment method of"acupuncture first,moxibustion second and Chinese medicinals third".In terms of acupuncture,umbilical acupuncture and body acupuncture should be combined.In terms of moxibustion,it is important to differentiate syndromes and stages,and flexibly choose direct moxibustion or separation moxibustion.In terms of prescription and medication,it is advocated to prioritize rectifying qi before menstruation,invigorating blood to regulating menstruation,and supplementing blood after menstruation.
