摘　　要：介绍陈跃来教授基于塞因塞用法针灸治疗老年顽固性便秘的临床经验。陈跃来教授认为,老年顽固性便秘常由肾阳虚寒、肾阴不足引起,核心病机为本虚标实。重视从肾论治,补益肾中阴阳,采用塞因塞用之法,在通下的基础上,强调温通。临证结合经络脏腑理论,注重辨证施术,并配合针刺手法以达“气至病所”;同时辅以生活调摄指导,达到调节脏腑阴阳平衡,改善肠道功能的目的。This paper introduces Professor CHEN Yuelai's clinical experience in treating refractory constipation in elderly patients with acupuncture based on the method of treating the blocked by blocking.Professor CHEN Yuelai believes that the refractory constipation in the elderly patients is often caused by kidney yang deficiency-cold and kidney yin insufficiency,with the core pathogenesis being deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.CHEN attaches great importance of treating from the kidney based on syndrome differentiation,and supplementing and boosting kidney yin and yang;he also focuses on adopting the method of treating the blocked by blocking,giving priority to warming and unblocking on the basis of purgation.In clinical practice,CHEN combines the theories of channels and collaterals as well as zang-fu organs,pays attention to syndrome differentiation,and adopts acupuncture to achieve"the arrival of qi at the location of disease".Besides,it is supplemented with life adjustment guidance to achieve the purpose of regulating the balance of yin and yang of zang-fu organs and improving intestinal function.
