摘　　要：介绍王邦才教授治疗突发性耳聋的临床经验。王邦才教授认为,内气厥逆、耳窍气机不利是突发性耳聋的根本病机,风邪侵袭、情志失调是其发病的直接因素。临床诊治,急当去除诱因,治以疏散风寒、宣肺通窍,疏肝解郁、活血通络,后宜斡旋整体气机,辨证施药,调体质防病,则可邪去正复,效如桴鼓。This article is to introduce the clinical experience of Professor WANG Bangcai in the treatment of sudden deafness.Professor WANG believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of sudden deafness is the reversal counterflow of internal qi and disturbance of qi movement in the ear orifice,and the direct factors leading to its onset are the invasion of wind pathogens and emotional disorder.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,it is urgent to remove the triggering factors,treat by dispersing wind and cold,diffusing the lung and unblocking the orifices,soothing the liver and resolving constraint,and invigorating blood and dissolving stasis.Later,it is advisable to regulate the overall qi mechanism,apply medication according to syndrome differentiation,and adjust the physical constitution to prevent diseases.Thus can eliminate pathogens and restore the healthy qi,achieving significant effects quickly.
