摘　　要：作者从古今医家对痔病因病机的认识入手,通过综合分析古籍及现代医家的学术观点,总结得出痔的病因病机多基于脾胃虚弱,故多立足于脾胃施治。但众医家对痔病因病机的具体认识存在较大差异,尚未统一。因此文章从痔的历史起源开始,分析归纳痔的病因病机,并分别从中医证型及湿热、气血、肺、脾、肝等方面对其治疗的研究进展进行论述,以期为临床诊治提供参考。This study focused on the etiology and pathogenesis of hemorrhoids from ancient and modern doctors.Through a compre-hensive analysis of the academic views of ancient books and modern doctors,it is concluded that the etiology and pathogenesis of hem-orrhoids are mostly based on weakness of the spleen and stomach,and the treatment is based on the spleen and stomach.However,there are great differences in the understanding of the specific etiology and pathogenesis of hemorrhoids among doctors,and there is no unified understanding.Therefore,starting from the historical origin of hemorrhoids,the etiology and pathogenesis of hemorrhoids were analyzed and summarized,and the research progress in the treatment of hemorrhoids was discussed from the aspects of traditional Chi-nese medicine syndromes and damp-heat,qi and blood,lung,spleen,liver,etc.,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids.
