《伤寒杂病论》咽喉不利治法探讨

摘　　要：文章以《伤寒杂病论》原文为基础,分析咽喉不利的病机及治法。咽喉不利可分为表证、半表半里证及里证,不专从火热、阴虚论治,外邪郁闭、痰饮内停、湿热中阻、阳气亏虚亦是咽喉疾病的主要病机。并提出疏解表邪、祛痰化饮、清热泻火、和解少阳、清热燥湿、滋阴清热、温阳生津等治法,为后世咽喉疾病的治疗奠定了基础。Based on the original text of Shanghan Zabing Lun,this paper analyzed the pathogenesis and treatment of throat disorders.Throat disorders can be divided into superficial syndromes,half superficial and half inner syndromes and inner syndromes.Instead of treating from fire and yin deficiency,the main pathogenesis of throat diseases is the stagnation of external evil,the internal stopping of phlegm and fluid,the blockage of dampness-heat and deficiency of yang qi.It also put forward the relief of surface evil,expectorant phlegm and drink,clearing heat and reducing fire,resolving Shaoyang,clearing heat and dampness,nourishing yin and clearing heat,warming yang and promoting fluid,etc,and laid the foundation for the future treatment of throat diseases.
