济川煎治疗功能性便秘临床试验类文献综述

摘　　要：目的 对常用网络数据库中已发表的济川煎治疗功能性便秘的临床试验类文献进行系统研究,对济川煎治疗功能性便秘的中医证型、治法、方药、临床效果、安全性等内容进行总结,以期为临床提供一定的参考。方法 在国家知识基础设施数据库中对济川煎治疗功能性便秘的临床试验类文献进行检索,对获得的数据进行筛选,提取有效信息,包括文章的作者、发表时间、样本信息、治疗措施、干预方式、不良反应等。结果 功能性便秘为一种临床常见病,起病缓慢、病程长,易反复发作。结论 在治疗功能性便秘方面,济川煎有着较高的安全性以及较好的效果,能够为临床提供一定的参考。Objective To systematically study the clinical trial literature of Jichuan decoction in the treatment of functional constipa-tion published in the common network database,and summarize the TCM syndrome types,formulas,treatment methods,clinical effi-cacy and safety of Jichuan decoction in the treatment,hoping to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods The National Knowl-edge Infrastructure Database was searched for clinical trials related to Jichuan decoction in the treatment of functional constipation.The data were screened and extracted,including author name,region,publication time,sample information,intervention measures,ad-verse reactions,clinical efficacy and so on.Results Functional constipation was a common clinical disease,which has the characteris-tics of chronic persistent or recurrent attacks,slow onset and long course of disease.Conclusion In the treatment of functional consti-pation,Jichuan decoction has high safety and good effect,which can be referred to in clinical treatment.
