摘　　要：目的 观察四黄散外涂治疗肿瘤化疗性静脉炎的临床效果。方法 选择上高县中医院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的肿瘤化疗性静脉炎患者62例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各31例。观察组给予四黄散治疗,对照组给予硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察两组临床疗效、视觉模拟量表(VAS)疼痛评分和满意度评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的80.65%(25/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各时段VAS评分均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组;观察组各项满意度评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 四黄散外涂治疗肿瘤化疗性静脉炎效果显著,患者满意度高,可以提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sihuang powder coating in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with chemotherapy-induced phlebitis admitted to Shanggao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Sihuang powder,and the control group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress.The clinical efficacy,pain(VAS score)and satisfaction score of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the obser-vation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than that of the control group(80.65%,25/31),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of each period in both groups were better than before treatment,and observation group was better than control group.The satisfaction scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sihuang powder is effective in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis,has high patient satisfaction and improved quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
