温经汤联合脐灸治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析温经汤联合脐灸治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者的临床效果。方法 纳入2020年8月—2022年6月南昌市洪都中医院收治的66例寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,每组33例。两组均行慢性盆腔炎常规西医治疗,单一组在常规西医治疗基础上给予温经汤口服治疗,联合组在单一组基础上给予温经汤方脐灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分,并对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果 治疗后,联合组各中医症状积分和总积分均低于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率为96.97%(32/33),高于单一组的81.82%(27/33)(P<0.05)。结论 温经汤联合脐灸治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者效果良好,可提升治疗的有效性,进一步改善其相关症状,并可有效提升机体免疫功能。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Wenjing decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold and dampness stagnation type.Methods A total of 66 patients with chronic pelvic inflam-matory disease of cold and dampness stagnation type admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Au-gust 2020 to June 2022 were included as research objects,and were divided into single group and combination group by random num-ber table method,with 33 cases in each group.The two groups received conventional Western medicine treatment.The single group was given oral treatment with Wenjing decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,and the combined group was given Wenjing decoction umbilical moxibustion on the basis of the single group.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symp-toms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and total scores in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combination group was 96.97%(32/33),which was higher than that of single group(81.82%,27/33)(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion has a good effect on the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold and dampness stagnation type can improve the effect,further improve the re-lated symptoms,and effectively improve the body’s immune function.
