毛静远教授辨治原发性低血压病临证体会

摘　　要：原发性低血压病较为常见,西医缺乏平稳有效的治疗方法,中医药却有着较好的疗效。毛静远教授辨治此病,曾以本虚概括其病机特点,经多年临床实践观察,认为此病常因虚致实,虚实夹杂成为近年病证的新特征,虚即脏腑功能虚损、气血阴阳亏虚,实即痰浊瘀血阻滞。其据此确立了以补为基、以泻为辅、调脏为助的基本治则,并总结出“补气血、和阴阳、祛痰浊、散瘀血、理五脏、调升降”的辨治要点。Primary hypotension is relatively common.Western medicine lacks smooth and effective therapies,but traditional Chinese medicine has better curative effect.Professor Mao Jingyuan,in treating this disease,has summarized the characteristics of its patho-genesis in terms of the original deficiency.After years of clinical practice,it is believed that the disease is often mixed with deficiency and deficiency has become a new feature of the disease.Deficiency means deficiency in the function of internal organs,deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang,while reality means phlegm and stagnation of blood.Accordingly,Professor Mao Jingyuan established the ba-sic treatment principle of tonifying as the base,the purgative as the supplement,and regulating the organs as the helper,and con-cluded the main points of treatment as“tonifying qi and blood,harmonizing yin and yang,dispelling phlegm and turbidity,dispersing blood stasis,managing the five organs and regulating ascending and descending”.
