许建阳教授玉女煎临证经验撷萃

摘　　要：玉女煎出自《景岳全书》,是常用古方,用药精炼、配伍严谨、清补并投,具有清胃火、滋肾水之功,可用于治疗少阴不足、阳明有余所致的五官疾病、皮肤疾病、内分泌疾病、呼吸疾病等。许建阳教授临床常用此方治疗糖尿病、三叉神经痛、干燥综合征、牙痛、单纯性肥胖、过敏性皮炎、胃痛、头痛、自汗等多种病症,效果颇佳。现选取许教授运用玉女煎治疗糖尿病、干燥综合征、三叉神经痛的3例医案进行分析学习,同时从脏腑、经络角度对玉女煎进行方解,并作出展望。Yu’nyu decoction is from Jingyue Quanshu.It is a frequently used decoction in traditional Chinese medicine with refined medicines,rigorous compatibility,and clear tonic combination.It has the function of clearing stomach fire and nourishing kidney wa-ter,and has been adopted in treating facial diseases,skin diseases,endocrine diseases and respiratory diseases caused by insufficient Shaoyin and excess Yangming.Professor Xu Jianyang commonly used this prescription in clinical treatment of diabetes,trigeminal neuralgia,Sjogren’s syndrome,toothache,simple obesity,atopic dermatitis,stomachache,headache,spontaneous sweating and other diseases,the effect is quite good.Three cases of the treatment of diabetes mellitus,Sjogren’s syndrome and trigeminal neuralgia with Yu’nyu decoction were selected for analysis and study.Meanwhile,the prescription of Yu’nyu decoction was analyzed from the per-spective of zang-fu organs and meridians,and the prospect was made.
