摘　　要：头眩为鼻渊常见的并发症之一,其形成机制与《伤寒论》所描述水饮致病特点关系密切。作者师从北京中医药大学厦门医院儿科张来英副主任医师,发现张师多从温化水饮、助阳开窍论治鼻渊并发头眩,且卓有成效。此文从《伤寒论》水饮辨证理论出发阐述水饮与鼻渊并发头眩的关系以及张师临床辨治经验,附典型案例2则,以资验证。Dizziness is one of the common complications of a runny nose.The forming mechanism of dizziness is closely related to the theory of fluid retention described in the Shanghan Lun.The author is studying with Zhang Laiying,associate chief physician in de-partment of pediatrics of Xiamen Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Professor Zhang often uses the warm-ing method for removing fluid retention and assisting the yang method for opening the orifices,when treating nasosinusitis complicated with dizziness,and regularly achieves remarkable results.This paper expounded on the relationship between fluid retention and nasosi-nusitis complicated with dizziness based on Shanghan Lun and attached two proven cases of the clinical treatment experience of Pro-fessor Zhang.
