针刺涌泉穴配合雷火灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴脚底发冷畏寒麻木临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨针刺涌泉穴配合雷火灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴脚底发冷畏寒麻木的临床效果。方法 选取南昌市洪都中医院2021年9月—2022年9月收治的50例腰椎间盘突出症伴脚底发冷畏寒麻木患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组、观察组,各25例。对照组实施传统针刺治疗,观察组实施针刺涌泉穴配合雷火灸治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、疼痛程度及日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)。结果 治疗2周后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,且JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对腰椎间盘突出症伴脚底发冷畏寒麻木患者实施针刺涌泉穴配合雷火灸治疗,效果确切,可显著减轻腰椎疼痛程度及改善腰椎功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture Yongquan point combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with coldness and numbness of foot sole.Methods Fifty patients with lumbar disc herniation with coldness and numbness of foot sole admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received traditional acupuncture treatment,and the observation group re-ceived acupuncture Yongquan(KI1)combined with thunder-fire moxibustion treatment.TCM syndrome score,pain degree and Japa-nese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment Score(JOA score)were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Visual analog Scale(VAS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and JOA score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Acupuncture Yongquan(KI1)combined with thunder-fire moxibustion is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with coldness and numbness of foot sole,can actively reduce the degree of lumbar pain and improve the function of the lumbar spine.
