穴位贴敷结合情志干预对AECOPD患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者接受穴位贴敷结合情志干预的效果。方法 选取2021年3月—2022年4月抚州市中医医院收治的AECOPD患者69例,按随机数字表法筛选后,对照组(34例)给予常规护理,观察组(35例)在此基础上给予穴位贴敷结合情志干预,均干预至出院。比较两组各项指标。结果 观察组总依从率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的64.71%(22/34);观察组护理总满意度为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的64.71%(22/34)(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自我护理量表(ESCA)、简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组;两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷结合情志干预能调节AECOPD患者心理状态,提升其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with emotional intervention in patients with acute ex-acerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 69 patients with AECOPD admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected.After screening according to the random num-ber table method,the control group(34 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(35 cases)received acupoint appli-cation combined with emotional intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Both groups were intervened until discharge.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(64.71%,22/34).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(64.71%,22/34)(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-care Scale(ESCA)and Concise Health Status Scale(SF-36)were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with emotional intervention can regulate the psy-chological state and improve the quality of life of patients with AECOPD.
