摘　　要：小儿面神经损伤以颅脑外伤较为常见,临床主要表现为听力下降、面部运动功能障碍、眩晕等,是导致面瘫的主要原因之一。目前西医治疗多采用皮质激素等药物口服或手术等方法治疗,但效果欠佳。文章主要根据中医理论,采取针刺配合热敏灸的方法治疗面神经损伤患儿,并通过分析研究证实该方法对患儿康复的意义,以弥补西医治疗的不足,促进疾病恢复。Facial nerve injury in children is more common due to traumatic brain injury,with the main clinical manifestations being hearing loss,facial motor dysfunction,dizziness,etc.It is one of the main causes of facial paralysis.At present,Western medicine mostly uses drugs such as corticosteroids or surgical treatment,but its treatment effect is not satisfactory.This article mainly adopted the method of acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion to treat children with facial nerve injury based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,and confirmed the significance of this method for the rehabilitation of children through analysis and re⁃search,in order to make up for the shortcomings of Western medicine treatment and promote disease recovery.
